Hot and intense, with notes of mustard, wasabi and horseradish.
€5.50/ 80g pack
Indicative price
A small microgreen with a lot of personality. Jagged green leaves and a heat that goes straight up the nose, then clears and leaves the green behind. It's mustard, not real wasabi – only the heat is alike.
Try them on
- Sushi and sashimi
- Oysters
- Fusion plates
What's in them
Naturally contains vitamin C, along with carotenoids and glucosinolates – the compounds behind the heat.
Keeping them fresh
Keep them in the fridge, in their box, and wash them just before eating. They're at their best within a week.
